These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, orders, event and display bookings with Toys Plush Collections, a brand of The Gifts Artisan Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202610387K), Singapore (“we”, “us”). By making a purchase or booking, you agree to these terms.
Products
- We sell genuine products sourced from trusted suppliers. Product photos are for illustration; colours and details may vary slightly between batches.
- Availability is not guaranteed until your purchase is confirmed. Rare, limited-edition and pre-order items are subject to supplier allocation.
- Plush toys and collectibles may contain small parts. Please follow the manufacturer’s age guidance.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
- If we find a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may choose to cancel for a full refund.
Returns and refunds
- If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of receiving it, with photos. We will replace the item or refund you.
- Collectibles must be returned unused, in their original condition with all tags and packaging. For hygiene and collectible-condition reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, washed or had tags removed, unless they are defective.
- Limited-edition and pre-order items cannot be returned for change of mind.
- Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.
- Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
Events and collectible displays
- Display and event bookings are quoted separately and confirmed once the agreed deposit is received.
- Cancellations by you: cancel at least 2 weeks (14 days) before the event for a full refund of your deposit or a transfer to another date. Cancellations within 2 weeks, and no-shows, are not refundable.
- Cancellations by us: if we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer you another date or a full refund.
- Displayed collectibles remain our property (or their owners’) and must not be handled, removed or damaged by guests. You are responsible for loss or damage caused by your guests.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at in-store events where stated.
- We may take photos at events. We will ask for permission before using any photo in which a participant can be identified.
Intellectual property
Content on this website, including photos, text and logos, belongs to Toys Plush Collections or its licensors. Trademarks of third-party products belong to their respective owners. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, or an authorised dealer of, any brand unless expressly stated.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, website or events. Our total liability for any purchase or booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.
Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you purchase or book applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
